Accessibility Statement

Heritage Family Health is committed to making our website and our care usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to meet our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

What we've built in

  • Semantic page structure with landmarks and a logical heading order.
  • A skip-to-content link and full keyboard operability with visible focus.
  • Color combinations chosen to meet contrast minimums.
  • Labeled form fields with errors announced to screen readers.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Layouts that reflow for zoom and small screens.
  • Reduced motion respected for visitors who request it.

Accessibility in our office

Our Savannah office is being planned with accessible entry, exam space, and equipment. Auxiliary aids and services, including interpreters, are available free of charge to people with disabilities. Please tell us what you need when you schedule and we will arrange it.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site or our services is difficult for you to use, email info@heritagefamilyhealth.net with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and will provide the information you need in an alternative format while we work on a fix.
