Heritage Family Health exists to provide relationship-centered, whole-person care to families across Savannah. We believe good medicine begins with knowing people — their history, their household, and what matters to them — and that patients do best when they feel heard, supported, and equipped to make their own health decisions.

Dr. Wilder is a full scope family medicine physician committed to offering a broad scope of services to the community that are accesible and affordable. With a background in residency leadership, community‑based medical education, and collaborative maternal health, Dr. Wilder blends evidence‑based medicine with a deeply human approach to care.

Heritage Family Health opens in Fall 2026. Additional care team members will be introduced here as the practice grows.
